Refund & Return Policy

At Prime Peptide, all products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. Due to the specialized nature of research peptides, all sales are considered final. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Prime Peptide are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for research peptide products once an order has been placed.

Because our products are research materials, we cannot verify handling, storage conditions, or chain of custody after shipment leaves our facility.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety, quality assurance, and compliance reasons, all products sold by Prime Peptide are non-returnable.

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Research peptides and peptide blends
• Opened, used, altered, or damaged products
• Products stored improperly after delivery
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Products purchased during promotional or clearance events
• Requests based on personal preference or change of mind

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the shipping label
• Photos of the packaging condition
• Photos clearly showing the affected product(s)

After review, Prime Peptide may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement shipment if the claim is verified.

4. Lost Shipments

If a shipment appears lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Prime Peptide is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery occurring after delivery confirmation.

Replacement shipments for confirmed carrier losses may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after an order is placed.

Once an order enters processing, packaging, or shipping stages, it cannot be modified, canceled, refunded, or recalled.

6. No Refund Policy

Prime Peptide does not offer refunds for research peptide purchases.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

7. Research Use Notice

Products supplied by Prime Peptide are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease.

8. Support Requests

For shipment-related concerns, please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Any relevant photographs or tracking information

9. Policy Updates

Prime Peptide reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
